Guys! u know there this gal who gave up everything for a guy. her dreams, life, friends, even herstyle, behavior everything...... Bt in return all she got was pain,betray,loneliness...... N now he gotsum1 else. wen this gal is......... lets call her angel........ when angel is crying all alone in a darkcorner he is with her holding her, touching her, kissing her................. n for even sec he doesntthink there is sum innocent gal in pain out there cox of him. She keeps on calling him smsin and mostly disturbing him.
Wen his other gal saw Angels sms and calls in his phone wat he simply said was::" cox angel doesnt have anybody no boyfriend or husband; n dat he sumtimes talk to her cox she doesnt have anybody else" Its been a long time nw n angel wants to get over it soplzzzzzzzzzzzzzz guys tell me wat u think abt this!!!! Cola 'is bad' for women's bones

The main ingredients of coke:

Carbonated water. And is alsoa strange mixture of water, phosphoric acid, sugar, caffeine, colouring, and flavouring matter...not really the ideal drink, rite????!!!!!

Women who regularly drink cola could be increasing their risk of osteoporosis, US researchers believe. (Osteoporosis literally means "porous bones" and makes it more likely for them to fracture as they lose their density. )

Their study of 2,500 people revealed drinking cola was linked with low bone mineral density in women regardless of their age or calcium intake. Can u believe that??????????!!!!!!!!!!!

Cola consumption was linked to lower bone mineral density in all three hip sites in women, although not in the spine, but was not associated with bone mineral density in men.

Past work suggests that consumption of cola may be detrimental to bone health because it replaces milk in the diet, but in the current study the women who drank higher amounts of cola did not drink less milk than others.
